| Administration & Control This module allows the administration and management of the entire system. User management, security, Micro level and Macro Level access privileges to different transactions of the system, database backups, basic setup like companies, locations setup and mapping company-location (branch setup) etc can be handled. Different levels in the transaction processing allows the management to have a good control over the system.
Purchases All types of purchases can be handled using this module. Skins, Spare parts either imported or locally purchased, chemicals and other consumables. Orders for service work can also be raised. Purchase orders can be either for single receipt or multiple receipts. Sorting of Raw skins according to their size such as Red, Yellow, Black can be done.
System gives a numerous purchase analysis reports including pending purchases.
Processing & Production Issue of the Raw Skins for Tanning and processing, batch maintenance, Lime lost details for each batch etc can be managed using this module. It also allows the job work of tanning from outsiders’ i.e. second party.
Issue of spare parts, consumables for production purpose and general use are managed easily.
Gives all analytical reports like in-house processed material, processed from second party, tanner wise analysis and overall processed, lime-lost analysis.
Inventory Maintains the inventory of Raw Skins, material under processing, finished skins of different types. Manages the stores for spare parts, consumables etc.
Inventory losses and gains of the skins and other materials can be handled. Grade conversion of skins is also provided in the system.
Stock transfers across the branches is managed.
Gives detailed analytical reports of Spare parts, consumables, chemicals etc for used and in-stock with the valuation.
Stock movements can be analyzed.
Sales & Shipping All the customers’ database with their contacts can be managed easily. Credit limits allow the control on the sales for credit customers. Multiple address of the customers provided allows to raise a sale so that delivery and invoicing addresses can be different. Sale order can be raised against which multiple deliveries can be done. A customizable invoice can be raised against these deliveries. Cash sales and other types of sales can be raised. Pallet preparation is also recorded in the system for ease of operations. Sales return and credit invoices for quantity difference and price difference can be raised.
All sales analysis reports are available by product, by customer, by period etc.
Accounts Payables The system maintains the suppliers’ database, Supplier Invoices, Payments, Creditors aging analysis, Ledger and bill-wise analysis.
Accounts Receivables This module manages the receipts from customers, credit and debit notes, Debtors aging analysis, bill-wise analysis and ledger can be done. On account receipts and allocations are also provided.
General Ledger This module allows defining accounting years and periods, GL Codes, cost centers, bank details, bank statement reconciliation, bank book, cash book, petty cash handling, Journal Vouchers etc can be handled.
All analytical reports like Profit & Loss (P&L) Detailed and summary, Gross Margin, Ledger for an account are available. Numerous management reports are available with the system.
Asset Register All the fixed assets of the company can be managed with this module. Each asset can have a asset number, a group, and its depreciation level, either at group level or asset level, depreciation percentage and type of depreciation such as straight line method and reducing balance method. Also maintains the custodian of each asset, its location. Gives the movement history of the asset from one custodian to another and one location to another. Allows to add on value to the existing asset and abnormal depreciations too.
An asset or group can be defined for two depreciation rates which will be helpful for the management in getting actual and book value of the asset.
In spite of depreciation calculations, system manages to dispose the assets, write off assets.
All analytical reports of depreciation, disposal, written off, assets under a custodian, assets in a location etc are available in the system.
Payroll This module manages employees database, their positional movements in the company, types of holidays, types of leaves, types of employees such as casuals and regular, NHIF, NSSF, SACCOs, Over Time Rates, Over Time register, Absenteeism, Basic Pay, different allowances and deductions, short and long term loans, advance payments and terminal benefit calculations, etc are managed. All statutory reports are available apart from analysis reports.
System also manages the scanned copy of the leave applications, loan applications etc for future references.
